  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Shop Liberty Windoors | Tilt Turn Windows and Doors,Modern Interior and Exterior Doors,Door Hardware ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The turnaround time of a placed order may vary and shop.libertywindoors.com does not hold responsibilities for any delayed shipments. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes. We need a valid street address in order to process the order. If you made a mistake regarding the delivery address, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing an order. If the product is shipped out to a wrong address, the buyer carries responsibilities to any additional shipping charges.

    Doors are shipped via freight ground services and the shipments are insured by the shipping carrier. Prior to making a delivery, someone from a freight company will contact you to schedule a drop off day and time that is convenient to you. Make sure that there will be someone to accept the product upon the delivery. Failure to do so, might result in re-delivery charge that you will be responsible for. All shipments are delivered to the back of the truck. Lift gate services, inside delivery and white glove services are optional and you must contact us for these services(charges will apply ). Drivers are not required to assist in removing of the product from the truck, but they often do assist customers that will reward them with tips. However, doors are a heavy commodity that will require 2-3 people to be present and active of removing the product from the truck. During unloading of products from the truck, shop.libertywindoors.com, assumes no responsibilities or liability for damage of the product, personal injury to someone, or any other issue that may arise due to moving the product from the truck to the inside space.

    Customer is responsible to inspect all the elements of the shipped product and indicate any shortage or damage, BEFORE signing on the freights company’s paperwork. If the customer finds any concealed damage with the shipment after the driver leaves, they must contact the freight company to file a claim.

    In the subject line please put your order number and attach 3 pictures of the damage. We only have 3-5 business days to file a carrier claim and get your product replaced in a timely manner

    If there are items missing, you must indicate that on paper work and notify us immediately, but DO NOT REFUSE the delivery. We would need pictures and other indications of the missing parts in order for us to send a replacement.

    ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPMENT AND SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT BY YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVES IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT:

    MERCHANDISE DELIVERED IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION.
    RELEASES THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND SHOP.LIBERTYWINDOORS.COM FROM ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS.
    If the delivery driver refuses inspection, please note on the delivery receipt the following: “POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE. DRIVER WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO EXAMINE FREIGHT” and then sign where required. If these terms are not followed we cannot be liable for any replacements.

    Shop.Libertywindoors.com is responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors directly. You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the truckers at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services will be at your sole discretion and cost. You agree that Shop.libertywindoors.com

    We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisifed with your purchase for any reason , return for a full refund, less the original shipping charges . are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been used or altered.

     

    If after 30 days customer requests refund , store credit is applied to future orders.

    It is the customers responisbility to ensure that the returned goods are properly packed. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit that are a result of improper packing at the fault of the customer.

    Returned items must be complete including all origimnal manufacturers packaging.

    The customer is responisble for return shipping for all non- fault returns.

    Approved returns are processed within 2-3 business days and credits generaly take 2-4 business days to post to your account.

    If item is returned to sender due to customer giving us an undeliverable address or customer failure to make arrangements to pick up package before 3rd unsuccessful delivery attempt (UPS / FEDEX shipping only ) than order will be refunded minus original and return shipping cost ( if applicable )

     

    DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    Please contact us via email or phone as soon as your realize your item arrived damaged or defective. Please ensure you include your full name , order number , telephone number , item in question and a complete description of the problem.

     

    NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

    Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned item before issuing any refund or credit.

    All items that are final sale or clearance sale.

    Items that do not include all original manufacturers packaging.

    Customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable. If an item is defective or damaged , we will replace the item(s).

    Any items returned after 30 days.
